Hobart
Ate at every sushi restaurant ✅
Carried two kids up Mt Wellington ✅ ( thanks to a council worker who said it was an easy stroll and would take “an hour tops” … 4 hours later after trecking through snow and ice up a Rocky Mountain face which felt like we were on a quest to Mordor )
Ate enough churros to put on extra kgs to keep us from freezing to death in Tassie weather ✅
Saw a thylacine ✅ … in the museum.
Ate our way stall by stall through the famous Salamanca markets in the pouring rain and blistering icy cold winds ✅
Got up close to Tassie devils, a tiger snake, wombats, and wallabies galore at Bonorong sanctuary ✅
…and froze our a$$es off.
Thanks for the memories Hobart you were full to the brim with history, character and delicious cuisine 👌
